Why Choose Body Lab?

At Body Lab, our Clinical Exercise Sessions go beyond standard exercise classes. Every session is physiotherapist-led, ensuring you receive expert guidance, evidence-based programming, and movement coaching tailored to your specific goals.

What sets us apart:

  • Individualised programs which are modified and progressed regularly

  • Physiotherapist to client ratios (1:3)

  • 60 minute classes

  • High clinical supervision to ensure correct technique and safe progression

  • A beautiful space with state of the art equipment

Body Lab Sessions

  • Our one-on-one sessions provide highly personalised support, ideal for:

    • New clients beginning their clinical exercise journey

    • Individuals with complex pain or injuries

    • Anyone wanting more focused attention

Your physiotherapist will guide you through a tailored program, ensuring every exercise aligns with your assessment findings and goals.

  • These small, physiotherapist-supervised classes allow you to continue progressing your program with greater independence while still receiving individual guidance.

With a maximum of three participants:

    • Exercises are still tailored to your needs

    • Technique is closely monitored

    • Programs are progressed safely

    • You benefit from a motivating, supportive environment

  • Your Clinical Pilates journey at Body Lab follows a clear, structured pathway:

    1. Initial Clinical Pilates Assessment (1:1)

    2. 1–2 Individual Sessions (if required) to learn your program and build confidence. If you don’t feel ready to go into a class we can do as many 1:1 sessions as needed.

    3. Transition into 1:3 Clinical Pilates Classes once safe and ready

    4. Progress Reviews to update and advance your program

This ensures every client enters classes safely and receives the level of support appropriate for their condition.
